How Our Moving Estimates Work
Our moving rates are based on the number of movers and trucks your job requires. We explain your hourly rate and billing details before your move.
Estimates are based on the anticipated time required. Your final cost may be higher or lower depending on the actual time needed. Labor is billed to the nearest quarter hour, with a two-hour labor minimum.
Travel time is charged at the same hourly rate and rounded to the nearest quarter hour. This includes travel from our office to your starting location and the return trip from your destination to our office. Travel charges are separate from the two-hour labor minimum.
Hourly Pricing & Travel Time
Our moving rates are based on the number of movers and trucks your job requires. We explain the applicable hourly rate and billing details before your move so you know what to expect.
Travel time is billable, including the trip from our office to your starting location and the return trip from your destination to our office. There is no separate travel fee, but that driving time is included in the hours charged.
