Your estimate is our best projection of the time needed for your move. Your final cost may be higher or lower depending on the actual time required. Labor is billed to the nearest quarter hour, with a two-hour labor minimum.
How are travel charges calculated?
Travel time is charged at the same hourly rate as your moving labor and rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Travel charges are separate from the two-hour labor minimum.
Do you disassemble furniture?
Yes, we can disassemble furniture as needed for your move, except for cribs and bunk beds. Please arrange to have those taken apart before our crew arrives.
Do I need to disconnect my appliances?
Yes. Any appliances connected to gas or water lines must be disconnected before moving day. Please arrange for the appropriate professional to handle those connections when needed.
Do you offer packing services?
Yes! We can help pack your belongings to make preparing for your move easier. Let us know when requesting your estimate so we can plan the time and supplies needed.
Do you require a deposit?
We do not require a deposit. We do require a card on file to preauthorize your move, which places a temporary hold on funds. You do not have to use that card for your final payment—you may pay with a different card, check, or cash. Once your payment clears, we release the preauthorization. Your bank determines how quickly the hold disappears from your account.
